Your 7-day period

You have 7 days from receiving your parcel to return a product, in accordance with Moroccan consumer protection law no. 31-08.

For hygiene reasons, the product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

An opened or used product cannot be taken back, unless it is defective.

Send us a photo within 7 days of receipt. We offer you an exchange or a refund, and the return costs are paid by us.

If the product is intact and you change your mind, you can return it within 7 days. The return costs are then paid by you.

Write to us on WhatsApp at +212 765 846 208 or at commandes@wiyameskin.com with your order reference (WS-…). We explain how to send the parcel back.

The refund is made no later than 15 days after we receive and check the returned product, by bank transfer or by the method agreed with you.
